Help for authors

An author of a discussion has limited control over the discussion: they may use 
the /memo commands to add, update, or delete memos for a discussion. They may 
also update the discussion's topics with /topic.

To see what authors have been appointed for a particular discussion, type "/what
discussion".

An existing moderator may appoint an author with the /appoint command.
