Line by line description:

1)  The number of users in various states on the system. Max indicates the      
    highest number that have ever been connected simultaneously.                
2)  The number of discussions that are public and private, with Max again       
    indicating the highest-ever total.                                          
3)  Shows the number of people with accounts that haven't been on lately.       
4)  The total number of discussions you are in, and the user in the most discs. 
5)  How many discussions you own, and how many you may create altogether.
