Help for magic8ball

Usage:  /start magic8ball discussion

The Magic 8-Ball is an electronic version of the party toy "Magic 8-Ball". To 
use the Magic 8-Ball simply send a message ending with a "?" to a discussion the
Magic 8-Ball is participating in. The Magic 8-Ball will reply with one of 20 
profound witicisms.

 -> (16:38) From The Magic 8Ball, to 8ball:
 - Yes, definitely                         

To enable the Magic 8-Ball in a discussion, type "/start magic8ball discussion".
To disable it, type "/end discussion". You must be a moderator of a discussion 
to enable or disable the Magic 8-Ball there.
