Help for review buffers

Events are stored in "review buffers". Every discussion has its own review 
buffer. In addition, each user has a personal review buffer which stores every 
event sent to them. Review buffers will store up to a certain maxiumum number of
events; once a buffer is full, each new event will push the oldest event out of 
the buffer.

  /review clear:             Erase the contents of your personal review buffer. 
  /review discussion clear:  Erase the contents of a discussion's review buffer.
  /review discussion on:     Make it possible to view a discussion's review     
                             buffer.                                            
  /review discussion off:    Make it impossible to view a discussion's review   
                             buffer.                                            

You must be a moderator for a discussion to be able to modify its review 
setting. Also note that even when a discussion's review buffer is *off*, events 
will continue to be added to the buffer.
