Help for rules

There are very few rules for lily. In general any potential nastiness can be 
dealt with by the users with the /ignore, /block, and /notify commands. There 
are three things against which no command will protect and those are the 
so-called Rules™:

  1.  Impersonating someone else in a manner which causes them to validly       
      complain to an admin.                                                     
  2.  A denial of service attack against the server, such as clogging lily with 
      connection requests.                                                      
  3.  Sharing your account.
