Help for settings display

The following settings affect how messages are displayed:

unicode: indicates whether you want Unicode output or not. It can be
set to yes or no and defaults to yes.

richtext: indicates whether you want rich text output or not. It can be
set to yes, no, or auto and defaults to auto, which means to
automatically enable rich text based on what kind of terminal
the user is connected from. Note that lily clients don't
properly support the ANSI escape sequences needed here, so
rich text markup will not show up when they are used.

color: indicates whether you want color output or not. It can be to
set yes or no and defaults to yes.

expand_links: indicates whether hyperlinks in output should be expanded to
explicitly show the URL following the link text. It can be set
to yes, no, or shorten and defualts to no. If set to yes, any
text which has an associated link will show the URL after it.
If set to shorten, longer URLs will be replaced with a
                  shortened URL.

inline_images: indicates what size to display inline images on terminals
which support them. It can be set to small, medium, or large,
or set to off to disable inline images and always show a URL
                  instead.

message_echo: indicates whether messages you send to discussions or other
users will be echoed back to you. It can be set to yes or no
                  and defaults to no.
