Help for settings login

The following settings affect prompting done at login:

  auto_review:   determines if review is shown or not at login. It can be set to
                 one of the following values: yes (always review detached output
                 at login), no (do not review, but show a message about how long
                 you were detached), prompt (ask whether or not to review at    
                 login), or quiet (do not show anything related to review when  
                 you log in). The default is prompt.                            
                                                                                
  choose_name:   determines if you are prompted for which reserved name to use  
                 or not at login. It can be set to yes or no and defaults to    
                 yes. If set to no, the reserved name set when you last         
                 connected will be used.                                        
                                                                                
  choose_blurb:  determines if you are prompted for what blurb to use or not at 
                 login. It can be set to yes or no and defaults to yes. If set  
                 to no, the blurb set when you last connected will be used.
