Help for uno rules

Rules of Uno:

The object of the game is to be the player with the lowest score when someone
reaches 250 points. Points are given for each card in your hand when someone
"goes out". There are four colors in the deck and the types of cards are 0-9,
Reverse, Skip and Draw Two in each color. The points for numeric cards is the
face value, and word cards are 20 points each. In addition to these cards, there
are 4 Wilds and 4 Draw Fours, which have no color. These are worth 50 points
each.

Play:

Play begins with the person after the dealer. A player may play any card of the
same color or the same type as that of the top card. If he can not play a card,
he must draw one from the deck. If it is playable, it may be played immediately.
The player, at any time, may choose to draw a card instead of playing one from
his hand. Wilds may be played at any time regardless of the type or color of the
top card. After playing a wild, the player must select a new color for the pile.
The next player must play a card of this color, or another wild. Draw Fours are
similar to wilds, but may only be played when the player is out of the current
color. The Draw Four will cause the next player to draw four cards from the
deck. Like Wilds, the player must select a color after playing this card. If the
next player believes that the Draw Four was illegally played, he may choose to
challenge it. If he wins (it was an illegal play), the person who played the
Draw Four must draw four. If the challenger loses (it was a legal play), he must
then draw six cards. In either case, the Draw Four remains played and the
selected color is kept. Draw Fours will never be the card turned over. Special
cards turned over will have the following effects:

Wild: The player after the dealer selects a color and then plays.
Reverse: Dealer plays first. Direction is reversed.
Skip: First player is skipped. Next player starts.
Draw Two: First player draws two cards. Next player starts.

Going Out:

When a player rids his hand of all cards, he has "gone out". At this time, the
cards in the players hand are counted and the current score displayed. When a
player is down to one card, he must say "Uno" to let the other players know that
he may go out in the next turn. You use the /uno command to specify an "Uno
string" while you have two cards in your hand. Then, a /play will say "Uno" for
you. Otherwise, you may be forced to draw two cards.

Note that you MUST specify /uno every time you have 2 cards in hand and are
about to play one of them.
