Help for /allow

Usage:  /allow [discussion] [user|off]

As the speaker for a moderated discussion your task is to select and answer 
questions. The /allow command is your mechanism for exercising those 
speaker-oriented abilities. To see a list of all pending questions in a 
discussion, use the "/allow discussion" form of the command. If you are a 
speaker in the selected discussion you will be shown all askers and their 
questions.

To select a question, use the form "/allow discussion user" to select the 
question from that user for answering in the specified discussion. It is 
possible that you will be faced with a user who simply will not shut up once 
they are allowed to speak. To cut them off while not dismissing their question 
use "/allow discussion off". When you use the off option the floor will be taken
from the user, but no one will be told of this change.
