Help for moderation

Moderated discussions allow for a more classroom or lecture like setting in 
lily. There are one or more speakers and one user at a time may ask a question. 
Speakers should see the /allow command for more information, and participants 
should see the /ask command.

If you wish to make an existing discussion moderated, simply appoint a user as a
"speaker". (e.g. "/appoint Isis -baby speaker")

If you wish to make an existing discussion unmoderated, make *everyone* a 
"speaker" with "/appoint members -baby speaker".
