Help for /find

Usage:  /find name|blurb|email|help partial_text
        /find all                               

Given the number of people that use lily and how easy it is for folks to change 
their psuedo, it can be difficult to keep track of who is whom, even if they do 
have their finger information set. /find provides a way to search through users'
data.

NOTE: /find provides no more data than /who or /finger, just a more convienient 
interface.

The first usage gives you a way to search through certain user settable 
attributes. 'name' and 'email' matches against users full_name and email 
attributes, respectively. 'blurb' does the same for blurbs.

The second usage displays every user's Name field. This feature is disabled if 
your server has more than one hundred users. (e.g. RPI)

The help option to find lets you search through the various help topics stored 
on lily, returning a list of /help commands that match your text.
