Help for settings

There are several lily features that are configurable on a per-user basis via
settings. These settings can be divided up into different groups:

Display: Settings that affect text that is displayed on your screen:
unicode, richtext, color, expand_links, or message_echo.

Finger: Settings that affect the information displayed by the /finger
command: pronoun, full_name, email, or web_page.

Login: Settings that affect output at the time the user logs in:
             auto_review, choose_name, or choose_blurb.

Ordering: Settings that affect the order things are listed in certain
             commands: who_order or what_order.

Sending: Settings that affect how the messages you send are processed:
             auto_here, strict_sendlist, markup, or emoji.

Timeouts: Settings that affect how long you can be inactive before your
             status changes: idle_threshold, idle_away, or idle_off.
