Help for /finger

Usage:  /finger username

The /set command allows you to set information about yourself (real name, email,
and website) that other users can view using the /finger command. You have 
complete control over what information is published about you through the /set 
command. The settings "full_name", "web_page", and "email" control the 
information provided.

For example:

  /set full_name "George Walker Bush"
  /set email president@whitehouse.gov
                                     
  /finger me                         
  * Pseudo: The_Prez                 
  * Name: George Walker Bush         
  * Email: president@whitehouse.gov  

You can finger users who are not currently logged in. Whether or not the user 
has set their finger information, you can use finger command to display the 
last-updated time of the user's /info, if they have one.
