Help for /permit
Usage: /permit others|user[,user...] disc[,disc...]
On occasion there will be users you wish to add to one of the private
discussions you are moderating. The /permit command is your mechanism to
exercise that ability. Permitting a user gives them a message that they are
allowed to join the discussion, and they can then see the discussion in their
/what list.
To permit a specific set of users looks something like "/permit bill, bob
mydisc". To make a discussion public to all users except those specifically
depermitted use "/permit others -mydisc".
