Help for discussions

Discussions are the center of the lily system. They are hangouts where groups of
people converse together. A discussion has a name and a title. The name is used 
to do things with or to the discussion (a handle like a user name). The title 
tells you what kinds of things are being talked about in the discussion. 
Discussions also have "information notes" that explain in more detail (see 
"/help info"). To get a list of discussions use /what.

To participate in a discussion you must be a member first (see /help for join 
and quit). Once you're a member of the discussion, you can check the review 
buffer to see converstaion which you've missed (see "/help review)".

There are two styles of discussions: connect and emote. Discussions can also be 
public or private, and moderated or unmoderated. For more information about
