Help for notify

Usage: /notify [eventlist [[thinglist] on|off|clear|default]]
        /notify [eventlist] thinglist like other_thing

The /notify command is used to control which events lily will tell you about.
For each event there is a list of things (users and discussions) that you
specifically want to recieve notifications for, a list of things you
specifically do not want to recieve notifications for, and a default setting to
indicate whether you want to see events for people not in either list.

/notify [eventlist]

displays the default notification status and the exceptions to this for the
given events, or for all events if none are specified.

/notify eventlist on|off

sets the default notification status for the given events.

/notify eventlist thinglist on|off

sets the given users or discussions to the given status for the given events.
This setting overrides the default status just for these users and discussions
with respect to the given events.

/notify [eventlist] thinglist clear|default

resets the given users or discussions back to the default status for the given
events, or all events if none are specified. This clears any overrides for
  these users and discussions.

/notify eventlist clear

clears overrides for all users and discussions for the given events, resetting
the notification status for all users and discussions back to the currently
  set default for these events.

/notify eventlist default

clears overrides for all users and discussions for the given events and resets
the default notification status for these events back to the original system
  default.

/notify [eventlist] thinglist like other_thing

sets the overrides for the given users and discussions to match the overrides
of another user or discussion for the given events.

all is a special value for eventlist that affects all event types.
