Help for settings sending
The following settings are related to sending messages:
auto_here: detemines whether or not to automatically mark you as "here"
when you send a message. It can be set to yes or no and
defaults to yes.
markup: determines whether to interpret rich text markup in messages
sent by the user. This setting can be set to yes or no and
defaults to yes, allowing the the user to mark parts of
their message toinclude rich text styles and colors. If set
to no, no interpretation of markup is done and the full
content of the message is treated as plain text to send.
emoji: determines whether or not to allow emojis to be inserted
into messages by name. This setting can be set to 'yes' or
'no' and defaults to 'yes', but t will only apply if
'markup' is also enabled. When enabled, emoji names
surrounded by colons will be looked up and replaced by an
emoji with a name if a match is found.
strict_sendlist: determines whether every target in your message is verified
before it is sent. Attempting to send to a logged off user
or to a discussion that you are not a member of will cause
an error to be displayed, and the message will not be sent.
This setting can be set to yes or no and defaults to no, in
which case the message will be sent to as many recipients as
possible, and you will receive a notification about any
undeliverable targets.
