Help for subtopics

Subtopics are a new feature of the help system that allow multiple help pages on
the same topic. For each top-level help topic, like "/help what" or "/help 
discussions", one or more pages can be provided under the main page that discuss
certain concepts in more detail.

Subtopics for a page are accessed by requesting help on the top-level page, 
followed by the name of the subtopic. For instance, to see the "format" subtopic
of the /what help page, type "/help what format".

Subtopics will be listed in a (subtopics:) line at the bottom of the main page. 
For instance, the listing on the "/help what" page:

  (subtopics: format, owned, joined, about)

means that all of the following commands are valid:

  /help what format
  /help what owned 
  /help what joined
  /help what about
