Help for /retitle

Usage:  /retitle discussion new_title

There may be situations where you wish to alter the title of a discussion you 
moderate. The change will be announced to every user who can see the discussion 
and has retitle notifications enabled.

Examples:

/retitle -news "Clinton Impeached Today."
/retitle -newstalk Who Cares?            

will change the title of the discussion news to "Clinton Impeached Today." and 
the title of the discussion newstalk to "Who Cares?"

(Note: The double quotes are optional when using the retitle command.)
