The OHell game on PyLily is based on the popular card game "Oh Hell". The
maximum number of users supported in a single game is dependent on the number of
decks being used and the number of rounds being played. Anyone may initiate a
new game by creating a discussion and issuing the "/start ohell disc" command.
Players can then be added to the game with "/add user|all" command and the game
begun with the "/deal" command.
