Help for /create

Usage:  /create name title options

If you want to have your own discussion area use /create. Create takes the name 
of the discussion, a descriptive title and a list of options. The options are 
described fully in "/help disc_options".

For example, to create a private emoting discussion called "The Pit", try this 
command:

/create pit "The Pit" emote,private

By default discussions are create with the public and connect options set.
